Amy Mumma, from Central Washington University, conducts a Wine 101 class at Cave B Estate Winery's Harvest Festival. One of the sessions was called "Washington vs the World" where she compared some Cave B wines with some wine from France and Napa Valley. The focus was on the differences and not which one is better. This video consists of segments of the class that talk about color and acidity, among other things.
