Bicycling to Marchesi Vineyards in Hood River, Oregon

We visited Marchesi Vineyards in Hood River, Oregon over Labor Day weekend and talked with Frank Marchesi and his friendly staff. He has a small winery that specializes in Itailan style wines, that are very good by the way. Our group of friends have been bicycling through different wine regions for well over 15 years now. We've done several in Washington (Yakima Valley, Walla Walla, Leavenworth, San Juans, Whidbey Island) and in Oregon (Willamette Valey and now Hood River). It's alway a good time bicycling, discovering new wines, and enjoying the company of close friends.
