Jerry Riener, always ready to Serve and Ferment!
Winemaker Jerry Riener had just finished a grueling trip to Benton city and back, retrieving two tons of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, then unloaded them, only to find a tasting room full of wine lovers asking for his attention. With all this going on, he was still more than happy and gracious enough to spend time with use talking about his winery and his love for wine-making. This sort of hospitality and willingness to share oneself is surprisingly common among Washington winemakers. Enjoying and sharing this is one of the reasons we have DecanterBanter!
